Maharani Vani Vilas Sannidhna & a British architect, Henry Irwin, were instrumental in construction of this marvel.
The palace is in the heart of the city (Walkable distance from Bus stand) and under 2 kilometres from Railway station.
The entry inside the palace stops at 5 PM. The palace is illuminated on public holidays after 7 PM and is a delight to watch.
